Food ‘Fads’ Exerting Pressure on Producers

Prof. Clive M. McCay of the Cornell University Animal Husbandry Department declared today that “food fads are exerting new pressures on the meat and dairy industries. Fear of meat and milk may force revolutionary changes on producers.”

He spoke at the 25th Annual Cornell Nutrition Conference for Feed Manufacturers in the Statler Hilton.
