The fact was this — the weather was bad for Jack Webb’s scheduled appearance in Buffalo today.
His plane from Detroit, over Buffalo Airport at 1:30, was unable to land because of low visibility. It was directed to proceed to Syracuse, forcing cancellation of his scheduled appearance at 7:45PM at the Paramount Theater. His new moving picture “–30–” opens there today.
