A visual tester — equipment with which school nurses can determine eye defects requiring medical attention — will be presented to Mt. Mercy Academy tomorrow noon by the South Buffalo Lions Club.
The club has provided three other testers in use in South Buffalo public and parochial schools. The machines cost $300 each. George W. Leffler, chairman of the club’s Sight Conservation Committee, said the equipment is loaned to the schools and the club pays repair and maintenance costs.
